Targeted Improvement Plan
Lida Hooe Elementary is committed to ensuring that every student receives high-quality instruction, meaningful learning experiences, and the support needed to thrive. As part of this commitment, our campus has developed the 2025–2026 Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP)—a comprehensive roadmap aligned with district and state expectations.
As required, the campus held a public Campus Community Meeting on October 23, 2025, where parents, staff, and community members reviewed performance data and provided input for the TIP.
Key Focus Areas of the 2025–2026 TIP
- Strengthening Curriculum & Instruction
Implementation of Amplify Reading, Carnegie Learning Math, and Eureka Math. - Data-Driven Teaching & Assessment
Use of Learning Checks, Standards Mastery Checks, and STAAR simulations. - Weekly Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
Teacher collaboration on lesson planning and student data. - Ongoing Professional Development & Coaching
Continuous training, real-time observations, and mentoring for new teachers. - Monitoring Progress & Supporting Teachers
Use of district dashboards, daily trackers, and feedback cycles. - Commitment to All Learners
Specialized training to support special populations.
