Lida Hooe's number one priority is to ensure the safety of all students. We are currently using a video monitoring and intercom entry system that will require all visitors to ring a bell and identify themselves before entering the building.

La primera prioridad de la escuela Lida Hooe es la seguridad de nuestros alumnos.  Ahora usamos un sistema de video monitor con bocina que requiere que todas las visitas toquen el timbre para identificarse antes de entrar a la escuela. 

All exterior doors are locked, and every visitor will be required to ring the doorbell at the front entrance.  The office staff will use a visual monitoring system to communicate with visitors and allow entry.  Visitors will still be required to report directly to the main office , sign in and show a picture ID.

Todas las puertas exteriores estan cerradas y a cada visitante se le requiere tocar el timbre de la puerta de enfrente.  El personal de la oficina vera el sistema de monitoreo para comunicarse con cada visitante y permitirles la entrada.  Las visitas aún se tendrán que reportar a la oficina, anotarse y mostrar su identificación. 
Procedures for picking students up early

 

•  If a student is picked up early, the person picking up the child MUST be listed on the enrollment form and have a picture ID.
•  No child will be released after 2:30pm.

  Excessive early release may result in truancy contacting parents.

•  Si recogerá a su alumno temprano, la persona que va a recoger deberá estar en la lista de registro y mostrar su identificación.
